My husband and I are DIY’ers, but we need help with design and creativity. That’s why we loved working with Gina. She created an amazing eDESIGN plan for our remodel project and we got to execute it at a pace that worked with our schedule and budget. During the walkthrough of our spaces, Gina truly listened to our goals and immediately understood the functional uses of the areas that we wanted to transform. We were thrilled with the design ideas that we received and the project software made is SO easy for us to access the recommended products for the project. I highly recommend Gina – she is a wonderful “designer by your side.”

Gina and Fernanda were so helpful when we renovated our new home. Their expertise in color and room layouts made all the difference in our project!

We renovated our master bathroom using the design plans created by GMI Design Group. We knew we didn’t like our current bathroom and wanted to update the space so that it worked functionally for us. I worked with Gina and she created multiple solutions and also let us know what wasn’t possible (which we found to be extremely helpful). The best part about having a design before contacting contractors was that we, not only knew what we wanted but, we had 3D images with dimensions that we could show our contractors and not worry about something getting lost in translation. Some of the contractors we worked with did not speak English as their first language and this helped us both feel comfortable in the quoted work and outcome. We could not be happier with how everything turned out!

Gina helped us with a new sunroom and it turned out better than we imagined! We appreciate Gina’s patience and persistence through design changes and post-Covid challenges with supply shortages etc. When repeated shipments of our fireplace liner arrived broken, Gina really went the extra mile by locating an unbroken one in Georgia and picking it up on her way home from vacation.

I just had my kitchen remodeled by Gina McMurtrey, She did an outstanding job from the initial design all the way to the end of the job, Her professionalism was top notch and she answered all of my concerns right away. All of the contractors she hired were very considerate, respectful of our home and their finished work was unbelievable. This company has all of my trust and I will definitely be hiring them again. Gina was so responsive during our remodel. I really appreciated being able to text her and get a prompt response to questions. Gina’s design was exactly what we hoped for when considering updates to our full house. We had a couple of areas run over in cost but it wasn’t something Gina could control. I would recommend her to a friend.

My wife and I bought a new house that needed some updating. Gina was able to design a concept that worked well with the house. She oversaw the whole process from demo to move in day. We are so very pleased and would use her again, so we did…..

I contacted Gina about doing a larger project for our church foyer and she ran with it. Gina met with several committees and leaders and really listened to how the the foyer was used. She even came on several sight visits to watch the space in use. She then came up with a plan that would incorporate some existing elements but made them better. Her plan included several concepts on how to more efficiently and effectively use the space. With how the space is used throughout the week, I thought for sure we would experience so many delays in order to accommodate the churches schedule. However, that was not the case, every one worked together and the project was finished on time. Now the space is more inviting and functional and looks amazing!!!

Gina did an excellent job. From start to finish she made the process extremely easy. After the initial visit, she provided us with a digital preview of what the space would look like which allowed us to see her vision for the space from the very beginning. She took our style and requests for what we wanted to do with the space and showed us something we fell in love with from the start. She knows a number of contractors and made the pricing process transparent and when we were happy, arranged everything from demo, plumbing, electric, tile install, carpet install, to the final little details that really made the space feel like something special. Everything was taken care of and the process went as smoothly as could be expected.

Bottom Line: For the next major project, I would definitely use Gina again and would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to tackle a remodel project. She’ll take what you want and turn it into something better than you could have expected.

Gina got us through a monster renovation. We did a full gut, remodel (moved walls) and addition to our kitchen and laundry room. It was an absolute beast of a project that was complicated by some issues with vendors. Gina was a level-headed professional through it all and took us from a dark and congested room to an absolute show-stopper of a kitchen. We are so grateful for her vision and expertise!

We are just finishing a remodel of our kitchen, hearth room and sunroom. Once again, Gina has given us just what we asked for. The rooms are beautiful and the accents are just right. She has been invaluable working with providers and the contractors taking care of issues that would have been difficult for us to resolve.
This is the second time we have used Gina. Both projects are just what we wanted. I don’t foresee a future project, but if there is one, she will definitely be called.
